I rebuilt my author website using Claude Code so I could just host it on GitHub for free, rather than paying for a templated web hosting site. It worked great. However, I wanted to make blog posts easier than creating a markdown file with a specific header and filename, and pushing photos to a specific folder on GitHub, and referencing them as such… So, of course, why not just use Claude Code to build my blog writer. Ok… here it is… Done! I coded this with Claude Code while emptying the dishwasher. Here’s a screenshot of the UI, and posting this post will be the first real test as to if this works!
